Good sound and loud enough to fill a room.Battery life is great wether you listen for a few hours or an hour at a time, like me. But battery usually last me up to a week with out recharging.

Received as a gift. Sound quality is on par with am talk radio. Mini USB charging port broke off and fell into speaker after a few charges, rendering it completely useless when battery runs out. You get what you pay for on this item. I may have gotten $13 worth of use out of it. Pathetic showing for an Altec Lansing product.
