Just got this and it is beautifully made. I dare anyone to pick it up and read it the first time without going into the medley as you do. The only very small thing is I can’t hear the song without hearing Big John singing “Fall on Your Knees” in the background. I understand the reasoning behind not including that as the original writing of the song did not include it but, having it coming from him would have made it perfect. I am a Harry Chapin Fan that is all that needs to be said.

It's worth it. Looking at the context of the lyrics here make it a hopeful message compared to the first time I'd ever heard it.We bought it for my girlfriend's niece, and the illustrations are just amazing.Change a kid's world. It's a great book.

Nicely illustrated. Harry Chapin fans will enjoy reading it to the grandkids.

I grew up listening to Harry Chapin songs and this was one of my favorites. The illustrations go with the lyrics very nicely.

As a Harry Chapin fan, I absolutely love this book. The illustrations are adorable and have a bunch of Harry Chapin references. I always give this as a baby shower gift.

Mr. Tanner has been one of my favorite Harry Chapin songs for as long as I can remember. I tried not to sing along to the words on each page, but failed. The illustrations are well done and fit the words perfectly. It makes for an interesting children's story, one that's vastly different from most out there, but still conveys an important message that could be used as a good jumping point for discussions with children, about letting other's opinions dictate what you do.I sincerely hope that Remember When the Music becomes an illustrated book as well.

I’m a massive Harry Chapin fan and I bought 3 copies . One for my grandson , one for a friend’s grandson and one for me .All of us are very happy 😊
