Hard to find cover
These bat wing pillow cases are quite hard to find or very expensive when you do find them. This one does the trick well and not too expensive.

Excellent support.
Have been looking for an alternative to the V pillow that offered little or no support in bed and thought I'd give this a try. So pleased with my purchase. My posture is so much better sitting up in bed. It offers support in all the right places. Very pleased with product. Delivery was prompt despite the bank holidays.

The item will not fit the shape
Cover will not fit the support in the photo. It is a cheap round cover and a very poor quality fit. Looks awful. Not pleased at all

Rubbish fastening
The popper doesn't stay fastened so the pillow case droops down and the pillow isn't completely covered. It needs not poppers, and that fadten properly
