Love it
The first one we received had some damage to a couple of the boards. Possibly happened in shipping I don't know. But I Contacted Amazon and let them know the problem and because it was so big and heavy I didn't know how I was going to be able to return it for a new one and they told me to keep it use the parts that I need and throw the rest out they sent me a new bed. In the reviews everyone saying it takes 2 people and maybe with some it does. But if you use your brains and you do it right you can build this bed alone I'm a female and I did this completely alone in 3 hours or less. The bed is sturdy and I love it. But it's for my granddaughter LOL. She flipping adores it. As long as they don't take the price up this is a great deal. Last night I crawled up on top of the bed and it didn't move an inch. Airy solid bed as long as you put it together right. Directions are a little wonky But just refer to the photos and use common sense and you will easily put this bed together. Sit down and lay it all out and make sure you know which pieces are which before you begin. And remember check the ends of each piece there should be a Letter there to help guide you. Definitely get the bed.

Great low loft bed.
We have had this about a month now. Awesome full size low loft bed for my 8 year old. We had to get a new mattress because ours was too thick. We bought a 6in mattress but I wish we would have got an 8in but that is not a reflection of the bed frame at all. Just enough space for the kiddos to sit under and read. We added some battery operated led lights under because it can get a bit dark if it is against two walls. Feels sturdy even with an adult on it. Took a few hours to put together and needed an extra set of hands a few times. I suggest having a drill handy. Overall a great purchase.

Perfect size for small spaces
We’d recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment and I the available storage in the unit is pretty slim. So I’ve been more conscientious about buying furniture that can serve as storage or help to maximize floor space. Our son’s room is fairly small, and the floor space isn’t very big, so I knew I wanted a loft bed that would allow for us to store some of his belongings underneath.I loved that this wasn’t super expensive and that there were decent color options for each size of bed frame. When it arrived, all the pieces were there and in tact. No cosmetic issues or missing hardware. The instructions were easy to understand, but I would recommend putting this together with someone, just to make the process a little easier. When we put it together, it felt pretty sturdy. Theres ample room under the bed to either utilize as storage, or even to make a small hang-out space for my son. It doesn’t take up too much floor space either, so there’s still a lot of room to freely move around as well.

Works as medical bed too!
The perfect bed for my daughter and her needs! I lieu of a hospital type bed, we opted to try this one. It’s the perfect height to save our backs when we pick her up and the perfect height to have storage for all of the medical equipment. We got it when she was 5 and it still works great now that she’s 8. Some of the parts are cheap and cracked while we were tightening them and that’s the only reason for the 4/5. The paint comes off kind of easily too but I don’t really care much about that

I'm very happy with mine.
I have a smallish room which makes storage a bit of an issue. I also have a low ceiling, which ruled out a loft-style bed, though that would otherwise have been the ideal solution. This bed was the perfect compromise, being tall enough for real storage underneath yet not so tall that I can't sit up in the bed above. My only issue was that the rails are meant to completely surround the bed, making it safe for children, obviously. Not being a child that sort of security wasn't high on my list of requirements, but I DID need a bed that was easy to get out of in the morning. As it happened, the railing doesn't 'have' to be installed in the front- the frame is well-enough constructed that the railing isn't integral to the structure. As such, I left off the front pieces of the railing, giving me an open side that I can swing my legs over to drop out of bed in the morning. The only problem with that solution was the ladder- one side of the ladder mounted to the corner post, great so far, but the other side mounted to the side of the bed and was as tall as the height of the now non-existent railing, making it a serious threat to my well-being as I climbed out of bed; I now had a single piece of wood sticking up alongside my bed for my legs to catch on as I swung them over the side. Not good.Fortunately, some quick work with a hacksaw (not nearly as scary or ugly as it may sound) and I had cut that side of the ladder down to the level of the frame, not interfering with its stability in the least. If I want to finish the job right I'll go find myself some coffee-colored wood stain to put on the part I cut away so it matches the rest of the bed, but otherwise I am very happy with both the bed and the solution I found for my particular issue.I mention this in particular because I wasn't completely certain when I ordered the bed that I could leave off the railings if necessary, but it turns out you can, indeed.
