Good start bad ending
I liked the first few chapters but about half way in this book started going down hill fast. The author started taking lots of short cuts with her characters and assuming relationships and trust between characters that had no build up. The ending was really bad and the lines were cheesy. I liked the Ebony character the best of the sisters. Scarlett was ok but could really do with more development. Ivory was awful and childish. The next book will be featuring her and I will not get it.

Years ago I gave up my love of the paranormal and gained a love for romance ...
J. Thompson spins some powerful magic when she throws her heart and soul into a new paranormal romance and in return my soul answers.Years ago I gave up my love of the paranormal and gained a love for romance but the mix never truly spoke to me.. Well not until I fell over this lovely author. Her tales intrigue me and they are really hard to put down.I absolutely loved this book. I love the writing, the characters, the fragmentation in form of a plot written with multiple perspectives. It was brilliant and I couldn’t help reading it in one day.The only thing I wish is that the book was a little longer and that we go to see Ebony and Nathanial together some more.

Ebony is awesome, and I loved her from the start
Outstanding! This book blew me away so it will be awhile before I recover. The first book in the Trinity series is a must-read for paranormal readers. I couldn't put it down, so plan on not getting anything done till you finish this.Ebony is awesome, and I loved her from the start. She is a strong protagonist as is Scarlett and Ivory. These princesses are gifted and of royal blood. Nathan is the Captain of the Elite Guard and has sworn to protect the princesses with his life.I don't want to give anything away so you'll just have to read this book for yourself. I can say, however, that you won't be disappointed. The author does a perfect job of setting this up for book two, which I can't wait for.

Don't bother
Promising start but it degenerated into garbage writing quickly. Bad dialog . . Unrealistic and over done reactions by all the characters show the author is limited in regard to writing ability and the publisher needs to the better editors. I was hoping the warlocks would win and put us out of our misery.

What a read!
A bond that cannot be shaken or broken. Strong and intelligent women who are more than your average princess. I had so much excitement built during the sisters discovering more of their abilities. There's just enough action to keep you on the edge and make you want to keep turning the page. I am so excited for book 2!

Enjoyed this book!
I really liked this book. I read it in one sitting on a rainy Saturday. It had the right mix of romance and drama. I love JT's sense of humor. Can't wait for the next book. Good job JT!

Rushed
The story was very rushed. Lots of key elements skipped and ignored. It's more like a novella but not executed very well. Ebony has struggled as a human her whole life. Her two sisters finally find her but leave Nathan their guard to bring her home because he is her mate. I'm not giving away any storyline because this is revealed immediately with no build up or characterization. Ebony immediately accepts her new sisters and strange life which could be explained quite easily but isn't.Overall a good premise but poorly executed.

Definitely worth a read
I loved this book!!!! It is PNR (which is not my usual choice (however this is rapidly changing)) like J Thompson's previous books but this seemed to pack more punch.... The Sisters have the sarcasm and whit as previous book characters but they seemed *real* (disregarding this is make belief) as did the story!!! The banter between the sisters and other characters was a breath of fresh air!!! As another review stated I am (Im)patiently waiting for book 2!!!!5 stars in my opinion!!!!

Unputdownable..........
I'm currently re reading this amazing book, it draws you in and the characters are fantastic. J. Thompson is one of my favourite paranormal authors because her writing style is so unique and I love the way I always feel as though in there right with her characters. I adore the sisters and am really excited about where their stories will go. Loved it, amazing read

A great read.
I really enjoyed this book and the only things that spoilt it were the glaring grammatical errors and editorial mistakes.Ebony was not 'stood' on the pavement, she was 'standing'. Scarlett wasn't 'sat' on the bar stool, she was 'sitting' on it. Misspelled words should have been picked up.
