Animal Friends Books 1-8 - Abeka K4 4 Year Old Kindergarten Phonics Reading Program Student Reader

Used these for home schooling my kids now grown and wanted some for grand daughter. These go with a phonics group but for now it's fun to start her looking at them easy to take along anywhere.

Daughter (age 5 when bought these), loves them! The sweet, nostalgic pictures grab her attention and the gradual increase in reading skill is just right. Great beginner books (also use bob books, and some others, but these make a great addition and are her favorites).

I have used these friendly little booklets to teach children as young as 4 to read. I think the children like to have something small that they can succeed in finishing. It's fun to see them take pride in their first book they have read.

Cute books but very flimsy. Hope they last.

We Love how the Abeka phonetic learning program builds on itself. The children find themselves sounding out words and reading quickly. It not only builds skills but encourages character development.

These books were perfect for my kindergartener. The pictures and characters are cute. However, the pages are super thin paper, and there is VERY little content. Not sure they are worth the money.

These are absolutely horrible quality...just paper, not even laminated. They should have cost 1$. It's crazy what i paid.
