Labeled for Medicare/Medicaid only
Sometimes a low price really is too good to be true. These test strips sold by DHS Med are indeed Contour Next strips, and I have found them to be accurate. But the boxes are labeled, in that yellow panel you see on one side, "For use by Medicare/Medicaid recipients only." This makes me wonder how the seller got hold of the strips and whether they are selling them to the general public legally. As it happens I am on Medicare, but they didn't ask me about that before I ordered. This may or may not be a concern for you. Just don't be surprised by this label.

Not good
There's something wrong with these strips. They were way off and every time I tested I always got a very high unusual number. I finally (using insurance) paid for contour next test strips, through a credible pharmacy, and my numbers were normal and in range. If you plan on using these strips I would definitely be cautious, especially if you test to determine how much insulin you're getting!!

Not happy buying product obtained by Medicare fraud.
I get the order and there is a large yellow and red label that reads, "FOR USE BY Medicare / Medicaid Beneficiaries ONLY". So they were obtained by Medicare fraud. If that is not sketchy enough for you, the results I get with these strips are much higher than what I usually get. I won't order any more from this vendor.

For Medicare/Medicare beneficiaries ONLY
I am very disappointed that the product says "FOR USE BY Medicare/Medicaid Beneficiaries ONLY". I read the reviews and noticed this was an issue but I assumed that the problem had been corrected. I will not be buying this product again. I am very disappointed that Amazon is keeping this product listed under this description. Please be aware before ordering.

They were NOT Contour Next Strips
They were sold as Contour Next Strips but they are not! They didn't work with the Next meter. You are unable to return them so you are out your money!!!

Never again
Both boxes of strips turned out to be bad and had to throw them out. They were measuring 30-40 points high after comparing to another set of strips and varied wildly. I had good luck with the same strips that came with the glucose monitor. Never again. A big waste of money and could have died if the value was not so far off of I could not trust it. I could have died of hypoglycemia. The strips were not expired. Never again.

The readings were so bad, 40-50 points off from my old meter
Don't use anymore. The readings were so bad, 40-50 points off from my old meter. If I was on shots I would have been in the hospital. I know they were off by that amount because I had a box of old strips and I tested both at the same time. Went to an Accu Chek, it's a LITTE better only off by 20-30 points, so I just deduct that from the reading. I know I'm right to deduct that amount because my A1C has remained the same. Wish I had my old meter, but the strips were discontinued.

Poor service and quality. Beware DHS
I ordered test strips 7/12/18. I received them 8/6/18. The strips are not the same as my old ones. They say Contour Next not Bayer as my old strips. Box says for Medicare/Medicaid Beneficiaries ONLY. Not sure where DHS got these strips? They tested 7 points higher than my old strips. DHS , poor service, poor quality. Beware of DHS !!
