It is not full synthetic or synthetic for that in matter. It is the ATF OEM formulation for newer Honda's ATs.

Does it work on honda that used to use honda atf dw1? need to clean the system with a cheaper one option compatible with dw1. thanks

Yes. Honda currently uses dw1 and this has worked as a direct replacement for me for 3 drain/refills on my ‘04 civic with perfect results.

Is this ok for a 2010 honda crv?

Yes. This is the newest version of Honda ATF and it’s backwards compatible. I use it in my ‘07 and ‘04 CR-Vs. Idemitsu makes Honda’s OEM ATF fluid so you’re good to go!

Is this applicable for 2018 honda crv?

Look in your owners manual. Id you have an automatic transmission and your manual says to use Honda DW1 or Z1 fluid, this will work. If you have a CVT transmission, it will not.
