I previously ordered the 3g jar before and had no problems. This time I ordered the 5g*. Despite numerous questions asking why the * I was told it was no different to other options. When it arrived it was NOT in the glass bottle it was in a round tin. The saffron was NOT Spanish but came from Iran! It was not distributed by the same company but one based in France. It did not look like the previous saffron I received. It is advertised as Spanish saffron from FRISAFRAN even down to the picture, designed to mislead. I was promised a refund of the postage I had to pay to return it. This has NOT occurred. I have thankfully got a refund on the product but won't be buying this again

Very disappointed with the packaging
I chose this particular item over similar others due to the description saying it came in a glass jar. I try to avoid buying plastic wherever possible and I particularly liked the picture of the glass jar which was attractive and could easily be re-purposed or even used as a gift. What was delivered was a circular plastic pot. Very disappointing and I won't be purchasing it again.
