Q: i think i’ve made a mistake and took the gateron brown. Is it possible to change for a red ?

I think if you return it but if you are referring to installing the reds in yourself. You would have to make the switches hotswapable (since I don’t believe they are hot swappable out of the box). This requires some soldering though.

Linear switches are going to be the fastest typically, so of those, the reds.
