Q: I have bought two of these and they won’t connect to my electric gates how do I do this thanks

I looked it up on you tube and you have to go to the gates to pair them. I have 3 of these and they are brilliant value. You just can’t pair with another remote like the old ones.

No they are both the same. I’ve just bought one and it works fine with my white ones. It may seem obvious but when you go through the process (pushing buttons and holding etc) make sure that both your existing remote and the one you want to pair are near to the base unit for the gate or door you want to open so it picks up the signal.
