Like every other OXO product I've purchased, this excels.
The rubber/ silicone handle makes it easy to hold, especially with wet hands. It does an awesome job of zesting thin strips or thicker channel strips for cocktails. Super simple to use and highly effective. I always appreciate the thought that goes into the design of their products.

It Works Perfectly
I can create a spiral out of an entire lemon in one go with this thing. It works.I looked at 10 different channel knives on this site and every single one had a handful of people saying that they should have just stuck with the OXO knife. They were correct. This is the one. Does it look the fanciest? No. Does it work the best? You bet.

I prefer this type of zester over a microplane. It is easy to use and the zest comes off easily.

Consistent, easy to use
Microplanes are great for finer / smaller zesting, but this tool is just right for creating long, elegant strips of zest that can be used for styling.OXO remains the gold standard for easy-to-use and easy-to-clean.

Wir haben bereits einige Hersteller getestet. Dieser hier ist wirklich scharf! Liegt darüberhinaus gut in der Hand aber nimmt dafür natürlich auch seinen Raum in der Schublade ein, wer den hat bzw. wen es nicht stört. Kauf Empfehlung !
