I use Dr Natura's Colonix to keep my intestines and colon cleaned out. It does not make my abdomen gripe like Metamucil does. It is more natural. I use pinapple juice, apple juice and cranberry-other juice to stir in the colonix powder. I don't use orange juice because it is too acidic for me. I did the whole regimen for 2 months straight using 2 kits. I have been on just the Colonix powder for 10 years after the major cleansing.
