1/2 Inch Brass Round Rod, Favordrory 1PCS Brass Round Rods Lathe Bar Stock, 1/2 Inch in Diameter 12 Inch in Length

I needed this to make some rings for a simple lathe project. Very good metal that cuts well and has a nice shine.

These work great for my needs come wrapped in plastic so are protected from scratches wish they did not send in Paper envelopes could fall out or break through but as far as rods go these are 1/2” round and fits my needs great.

I used this to build a brass and black walnut marking gauge. It arrived promptly, I thought the price was fair and it was exactly what I expected. It was easy to machine and it polished up to a very bright finish. I

Used it to weigh down my pool skimmer basket.

This is a brass rod, its brass and its in a rod shape.I was able to make the thumb nuts I needed out of it. Though I don't think its a high quality brass, its good enough.
