Great quality nail polish. One coat was enough.

These nail polishes are great they apply well, they dry fast, they don’t chip as easily as other polishes, and the holographic effect is great. However…they don’t look anything like the photos in the advertisement. I thought I must have been sent 2 of the wrong polishes, but I checked the numbers and the names and I got what I ordered. They just look absolutely nothing like the pictures.1 is 879 and the other 980, neither looked like their picture and that was disappointing. Because I primarily bought them for the picture in the image advertised. It’s not even like they look that way in the light, both were much much darker or just completely different colours to the pictures. It’s semi-disappointing and whilst I want to order more because it is good polish, it’s a bit of a let down when picking a colour a totally different one might arrive.

Review by Sarah. Having bought three of the Halo Hues now, I can confirm that they are truly holographic! On the down side though, the underlying shades are very pale, like a bleached-out chrome or metallic polish. Every shade looks like a nuanced version of silver. They paint on thickly, like a chrome polish, but take a lot longer to dry, which I've found a bit frustrating. A good quality product but a little disappointing for me.

I found this nail varnish beautiful when I first opened the bottle . But I am very dispointed at the size of the actual brush ! It was like something out of the 70s !!! It's really thin and you don't get a lot of coverage and the brush strokes are awful .This wasn't cheap and for the Price I paid Id expected the brush to be upto date not like something out of the 70sI love the colour but the brush has let this down badly .So overal I won't recommend this nail varnish to anyone ... unless you're a highly skilled nail technician

The colour is really pretty however only under direct sunlight or flash you get the full holo and shine. The shade is completely different to the one advertised. It’s a dark copper gold tone. Dries super quick and only need 2 coats.I received it with the handle peeling as shown in photos. For something that’s advertised as new it shouldn’t have been sent like that. However this doesn’t effect the polish itself but still quite disappointing. Very fast dispatch and delivery 👍🏼

This polish is lovely, but the colour is a lot darker and more golden than any pictures or other reviews show. I'm not sure if this was a dodgy batch or the shade name is incorrect, but it is not the colour advertised, as you can see in the pictures.

Ein sehr schöner, haltbarer Nagellack mit tollem Holo-Effekt. Im Tageslicht dezent und sehr elegant, bei Kunstlicht glitzernd, schillernd und sehr effektvoll - und das nach ein Mal auftragen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Die Grundfarbe lässt sich am ehesten als helles Taupe beschreiben, silbrig beige oder sowas. So erscheint der Lack im Schatten. Bei diffusem Licht, wie bei bedecktem Himmel oder normaler Raumbeleuchtung, ist ein leichter Regenbogenschimmer zu erkennen und der Farbeindruck ist etwas wärmer, ähnlich dem Produktfoto in der Flasche. Bei direktem Sonnenlicht oder hellem Kunstlicht ist dann der volle Holo-Effekt zu sehen.Der Farbton ist allgemein kühler als auf den Produktfotos. Eine gute Alternative mit deutlich wärmerer Farbe ist Cosmic Fate aus der gleichen Reihe.Die Konsistenz ist wie bei den anderen Lacken der Halo Hues recht dünn, lässt sich aber gut auftragen. Wenn man sehr ordentlich arbeitet, ist der Lack schon in einer Schicht deckend - spätestens nach zwei. Die Trockenzeit ist eher kurz.Der Pinsel ist breiter und dicker als bei den anderen Lacken aus der Reihe, lässt sich aber trotzdem gut kontrollieren. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es hier, da sich der Griff von der Stange gelöst hat und der Pinsel nur mit einer Zange aus der Flasche zu bekommen war. Nach dem Zusammenstecken hält es aber soweit wieder.Ein Überlack nimmt dem Holo-Effekt nichts ab und verlängert die Haltbarkeit. Ohne Top Coat gibt es sehr schnell oberflächliche Kratzer. Bei mir halten die Halo Hues Lacke mit Seche Vite etwa 5-7 Tage, bevor der Spitzenabrieb sichtbar wird. Normale Farblacke halten bei mir in der Regel 10+ Tage, so dass ich sie erst abmachen muss wenn sie sichtbar rausgewachsen sind. Die Haltbarkeit finde ich in Ordnung, Holo-Lacke sind nun mal empfindlich, aber wer schon mit normalem Lack Probleme hat eine Woche zu schaffen wird sich auf viel Nachbessern einstellen müssen.

First time ordering this product. I ordered 'angelic pink', and this is what I got. Ignore the damaged nails lol. It's obvs more holographic in the sun/ bright light and it's still a pretty polish, but I was expecting more of a pink hue. There is no pink-ness at all. I used a top coat here but the top coat didn't alter any of the color/shine/ holographic properties.

It dries super fast so if you’re like me and you tend to mess up your paint job while it drying, this one is rather fool proof! I got it in the color Cherubic because I wanted a more warm toned beige color in regular lighting but it’s pretty silvery though. Definitely a warmer toned almost goldish silver so I still like it. I think it could be great as an accent nail on an otherwise nude/beige manicure. It’s jam packed with sparkle! The holographic aspect of it is insanely pretty & glitzy! I recommend two coats and a glossy top coat for more durability. I tried just one coat and one hand with & one hand without top coat and both hands chipped (top coat less) and the one without topcoat’s color faded fairly fast.
