Q: Would this fit a 2008 bmw 3 series? And would I need to buy extra trim to make it fit?

Hi I fitted mine in a Peugeot Boxer camper and it was a difficult fit but I think it would fit a bmw 3 series . I made a trim for my fit in the van and modified the dashboard . Try telephoning Pioneer tec support sorry can’t be more help mine works brilliantly now and also I have connected a reverse camera so good luck

Yes the tilt is adjustable. There's a physical button that folds/unfolds the motorized screen. If you hold the button down you get an on-screen menu that allows you to adjust the tilt. Whatever angle you set is saved in memory and the screen unfolds to that angle every time you open it.

Yes, but beleave you can load suitable navigation apps onto it as well. There is a proper Pioneer sat nav unit that works with it also. Yes has a slide out screen but also has a cd/dvd player in it which come up on the screen. Also has Blu tooth rx and rds and rds plus receiver but in.
