Great aji amarillo paste for Peruvian cooking! Makes excellent huancaina sauce and reminds me of Peru! I used to live in Miami and Lima and could get the peppers in Miami, but since moving to Tennessee I couldn't find the peppers anywhere. This paste is an excellent substitute for the peppers and has great flavor.

I love this stuff. My wife makes beef and pork with it, and it seasons it just so exquisitely! It's always better to buy it on Amazon and save the gas and time from going to the supermarket for this stuff. Buy buy buy!!!

Delicious but not long lasting.I’ve bought this twice and just ordered a third time. It’s delicious on a sandwich but I’ve never gotten more than halfway through a bottle without mold forming. Always kept in the fridge of course. Obviously I don’t use it quickly enough.

I’ve been buying these Aji Amarillo paste for many many years. Quality and taste is always consistent and perfect. If you’re looking to make your favorite Peruvian dishes this a must. It’s won’t disappoint. It’s came nicely and tightly sealed and wrapped.

I ordered two jars and one came with the safety bubble on the lid popped already. This is noted in multiple other reviews. And not eligible for return. Very disappointing.
