Q: what is the difference between the organic meal and the organic protein

If you're looking for recovery nutrition for post workout, this Organic Meal is great because your body needs to replace carbs and protein right away.Take immediately after training for best results and that will also stave off empty calorie cravings later. I training year round 14-20 hours a week for triathlon and this stuff has been excellent.

Q: Does this taste similar to Orgain's single serve nutritional shakes?

No...The premixed (creamy chocolate fudge, 11 ounces) has organic cane sugar. Purchased the powder mix under same flavor and disappointed to find out that it has erythritol and stevia in it. I do not like the taste of those sweeteners. Would prefer cane sugar.

Q: Is 10% vit a or 0% vit a in the product?today i just received mine which was purchased from amazon.com and it reads 0% vit a on the label.

The product being sold here shows 0% vit. A in the description/pictures and it says the same thing on the jar that I received. I take extra vit. A anyway so it doesn't matter to me but, if it matters to you, throw a carrot in your blender with this, buy a bottle of vitamin A, or pay twice as much for a product with vitamin A in it.

Q: How does this taste? I like the vanilla meal, but not mixed with milks...juice or water only!

My Husband and I love the chocolate mixed with Almond, Coconut or Cashew milk and berries.
