Q: Are these supposed to be fairly dry sheets? Just got mine and I can't even glide it on my face as it is barely wet.

What I’ve ordered, they’re pretty wet. Never received dry sheets.

Q: Does white tea extract dry your skin?

I didn't buy the white tea cleansers, however, anything with tea will be a very slight astringent, not too drying.

Q: What does Micellar smell like?

This product has a lite sent to it. It smells clean. This is the only way to explain this product.

Q: 1 of my 3 bags of wipes arrived unsealed and dried-out. How do I get a replacement for just one bag?

When something arrives broken or not able to be used, I take pictures to show the difference or damage, contact the seller through the invoice page, and ask them what rhe policy is for the problem I have. They will offer solutions, such as refunding 1/3 of your money, sending the item back unused for a replacement, giving you a disxount on your next purchase, etc. The companies are really good about helping or being solution based if you have photo evidence, are not a repeat complainer who is just looking for free merchandise, and are reasonable in accepting their terms with products. I hope they will work with you. I rarely have problems, probably 4 in 10 years, and it was more the shipping and packaging than the item iteslf.
