Could I use this to clean mould off car upholstery?

I would give it a try, it's an excellent carpet cleaner and I use it to clean my leather sofa!

Probably not. I have a dark brown sofa and this left a large bleach like stain on the sofa arm so please be careful to test an inconspicuous area before use.

Does it get rid off water marks

Not sure about water marks certainly it is the best cleaner for all other marks and stains I have had on a light coloured carpet. It would be worth a try.

Is this shampoo antibacterial?

Its biodegradable but its brilliant at what it does. Follow the instructions.
