Excellent workout and stretch
Very sturdy for 200lb male. This allows me to do full extensions for pull ups, shoulder dips and even downward military presses on the knee cushion. I think, after first my day, that this will be a game changer on getting me back to un-assisted chin ups and bar dips. Great weight storage and easy on/off as well. Very comfortable knee pad, be careful as you put your body weight on the pad, you don't want to slip.

I love this machine.
This was the only piece of weight-training equipment I have ever wanted. Doing pull-ups unassisted was impossible for me. This gives me the benefits of pull-up/dip training AT MY LEVEL, allowing me to remove weight as I improve. Great, high-quality machine that feels exactly like its MUCH higher-priced gym versions.

Hoping this is game changer
This is the piece of equipment I mainly used at gym before Covid. Our gym closed so decided to turn my workshop in to gym as well. The only negative is I ordered this on February 16th and didn’t arrive until March 4th as it was expected no later than February 27th. Getting use to it, Amazon has really gotten slacked on getting deliveries on time these days and my fulfillment center is one street behind me. Anyway, great piece of equipment and seems to be very stable. I’m 6 foot 270lbs and been lifting 45 years. Grab this for dips mainly to help prevent injury (60yrs old). Love it and highly recommend. Easy to assemble with help of YouTube video in conjunction with instructions. Took about 3 hours. Assembled solo, recommend someone assisting on dip and chin up rack.

Easy to put together. Great workout equipment Quality have rust from my sweat at the weld’s though.
