It works just fine on the Stanley sliding glass door double hook latching mechanism

Hard to find other places
I had to remove a dog door panel from a sliding glass door and needed this part to be able to lock the door. I looked everywhere and could not find what I needed. This was perfect. Heavy, metal, and easy to install.

Solid Piece
Did not include any mounting hardware but for the price for a piece of metal, you think they would have. It is very sturdy though and worked out well despite that.
