Great product, but wood is fracturing
Wonderful product. But, needs to be treated with beeswax or some water resistant coating to prevent cracking. After 3 uses the wood began to fracture and now after 5-7 uses it's spreading into the bristles.I really love how effective this tool is to clean the soles of the feet and palms of the hands of dirt from gardening. But, the product isn't holding up well to moisture. After contacting the merchant, a free replacement was offered and gladly accepted. I hope that by applying oil or beeswax the cracking will be slowed down or prevented.I am pleased with the merchants responsiveness, the products effectiveness, but would like to see the product revised to be more accommodating and adaptable to moisture interaction.Blessings to all,Om

Not so 'Great nail brush' after all
I have had this nail brush now for a little over a month so I'm updating my previous review of "Very nice nail brush. It is a bit larger than expected but works very well. Recommend." In this short time, with little use, I have now noticed that the wood of my brush is splitting on both ends so I think this, as was the case with the brush it replaced, will be short lived. So, for this reason, I have changed my review to two stars. I do like that the bristles are a bit stiff as that helps clean up after gardening, for instance. But, I would not buy this product again.

Exactly what I was looking for
This nail brush is exactly what I was looking for. Wood body, boar bristles (stiff, but not course). The brush does smell a bit of onions for a few days. Once some soap has soaked into the wood and the bristles, both the bristles and the smell soften up! It does a great job of cleaning under my nails and massaging my cuticles so it will be used daily. I got my wife one, too, and she loves it. She said she thought she would never want to use a hard bristled brush on her fingers, but she is now happy to have one.

Poor quality
This seemed pricey for a nail brush, but it looked like exactly what I wanted. That is, it's much like one I had years ago that worked well for removing garden dirt under my finger nails. The bristles smell strange, maybe because they're natural not synthetic which was actually a buying plus for me, but I thought the off odor would wear off after a few uses with soap. The first time I used it, the wood split at both ends and many bristles fell out.

Well, my nails don't seem gross
Got this to clean out my nails after dirty projects (like backpacking, gardening, etc). The bristles are quite firm and will occasionally hurt, but it gets my nails clean. The bristles do shed, but it's not a deal breaker. The shape fits great in the hand and it does it's job while looking like a nice nail cleaner. I have considered purchasing another one for scrubbing vegetables, but I have done nothing to make that happen. I am concerned about how this will age when it's left in moist climates (or is just left in the sink).Bottom line: This product does exactly what it's supposed to do and looks sexy while doing it. I probably won't purchase another one due to the shedding and I wonder how the wood will hold up over the long haul. Then again, I don't think I'll have to purchase another one of these for several years.

This is the best fingernail cleaner I have ever used
This is the best fingernail cleaner I have ever used!! I work with my hands and had gorilla glue* on my fingertips. I was able to use the hard bristled side and really scour it off, and it was still gentle on my skin!! I have since used it regularly to gently clean under my nails. The soft bristled are natural and work hard even though they are not abrasive.Highly recommend!!This is my honest opinion. I am not affiliated with this company or associated with any of the distributors.

This is the best nail brush I have found in years.
This is the best nail brush I have found in years. It does have a slight onion-like smell when it's wet, but the smell doesn't transfer to skin or nails. I assume that's a feature of the tampico fibers. It is a fine replacement for plastic-handled and plastic-bristled brushes that degrade and add plastic particles to the world's water supplies.

Works swell, but doesn't last
I like this brush, but it just doesn't last well. I literally use this brush less than 30 seconds per day; just to quickly scrub my fingertips to put in and take out my contact lenses morning and night. The would starting splitting after a few months, but it still sorked. After 6-8 months of very light use, the bristles started to moosh out. I guess I have to temper my review considering that it only costs $10, but I would have thought it would have lasted longer. The brush works well, but it won't last very long.

Buen agarre. Eficiente.

Nasse Borsten - Funktion gleich null

WONDERFUL QUALITY
Finally, a natural fibre nail brush that is stiff enough to do a good job.

rough bristles
The bristles are very hard, I injured myself at first try. Best to use it to clean the grout between tiles, not human nails. Update. I put the brush in the washing machine for a couple of cycles, it is softening!
