Fit extremely well & reduces door shutting noise
We needed to replace the door silencers (3 per door) in 5 doors. Works great! Use small slotted (standard) screwdriver to "slice" off old unit, use Phillips to push debris through and insert at an angle.

but once I figured out what tool to best use it was easy
It was tricky to get the first one in, but once I figured out what tool to best use it was easy. I ended up using a flat head screwdriver to push the cone shaped part that goes into the door frame. With two pushes on different spots and a twist after that they seem to seat themselves just fine. Thanks

Replace these every couple of years; Any of them will dry out and become hard in that time.
Got a metal framed door that slams shut? These are the end-all. Push the old ones into the frame through the hole with a large phillips screwdriver, spray some silicone lube on the hole, tease the new one it with a small slot screwdriver. Done

Bad quality
Arrived fast. It the quality isn't great at all. Needed these last minute at a jobsite.. luckily ordered more than I needed coz almost half of them were useless.

Door Silencer
Really makes a difference to soften the noise of closing a door in a metal frame.
