Fantastic Product
Even though I was/am an Executive Chef, I did very little baking. Now that I'm retired, I bake something once a week. This bread dough is excellent. They also have a daily e-newsletter you can sign-up for. Great recipes and tips.Actually, their all-purpose flower is great, too.

Really nice bread flour
The pandemic has given me lots of time for bread-making and I’ve baked a lot of it over the past year. I am almost 68 years old and made bread with bread flour for the first time in my life! The bread was so nice and firm, much nicer than the bread I’ve made with all purpose flour. I also weighed the flour which I think made difference and is something I’ll continue to do. I would not hesitate to buy this again and would also recommend it to anyone who makes their own bread and hasn’t yet tried using bread flour.

King Arthur is the best
This was a little bit pricey, but it has been impossible to find King Arthur flour in stores and it's been sold out online for a long time, so it was worth it to me. This is hands down the best bread flour I've ever used and once I started baking with it it's felt impossible to go back to using regular bread flour. The bags that arrived to have an expiration date that's a year away, so I have plenty of time to use them.

Sour Dough Chow
I got this unbleached bread flour as the recommended food to feed my newly acquired sour dough starter. Turns out having a sour dough starter is worse than having a pet. All the responsibility with none of the affection. It's a jar of gloop that doesn't answer to its name or fetch a stick. Tastes good but not worth the work and worry. I assume once the world returns to normal so will the price of this flour and the streets will be littered with abandoned starters.

Expiration is four & a half months
I really like King Arthur products & highly recommend them. They're a bit more expensive than Gold Medal or the generic that I usually get, but since they are an employee owned company I don't mind as much. These 2 bags arrived in perfect condition & were wrapped together in plastic. The only issue is that the expiration dates are 4 1/2 months out. I bake a couple of loaves a week, so this doesn't bother me. This was the best price on Amazon.

Absolutely the Best
If you want to bake your own bread, this is absolutely the best flour. Now, health-wise it is not.There are two ways to bake bread, the fast or the slow way. Slow, you might get away with all purpose and acceptable results. The high gluten content in this flour will produce absolutely great results and is perfect for bread, if you can handle it.Still, trying to figure out what "thickness" means in the rating section, though.
