Great ballet tights
Perfect for ballet class. I wash them and let them air dry and they keep in shape for a long time. So nice to be able to order Capezio and have it delivered to our home. Not a lot of dance stores around.

Very nice
I took ballet in high-school and had a few pairs of capezio tights. They lasted ages after high-school and it was hard to let them go once they finally wore out. These are the ballet pink ones. They look really pink in the packaging but once they're on They fade out. I have always loved how smooth they feel but most of all I bought them for the waistband. The waistband on capezio tights are tight and restricting, no tummy control but the tights themselves do have a tightening quality to them.I got the transition tights because they're cheaper and I already know that they are not as uncomfortable as you might think, with the hole on the bottom. You barely feel it. As others have said, these are sturdy tights. It took years for me to get a hole in mine but beware ye women with acrylic or gel nails, especially stilleto shaped. These will break of you grab them improperly. I am always careful with how I pull tights up.

Overall good pair of tights!
For reference, in bottoms I am usually a size small, 26, or 3. I weigh 115 lbs and am 5’1”.I ordered size small/medium in the color suntan.SIZE: I fit into the tights fine and it looked good. I would say It was super tight on the tummy and it squeezed my skin. It did give me difficulty with digesting whenever I ate while wearing the tights, but it was comfortable otherwise. That might be how fights should fit. I’m not too sure if the next size up (large/xlarge) would have fit me right, because it might be too loose.COLOR: I considered the light suntan color because of the reviews saying that suntan was too orange. I would say that suntan definitely does have an orange undertone, but I like that how it is similar to my skin tone, which is warm and brown. I purchased this for a ballet course in college. I personally feel the light suntan would be too pale for my legs.QUALITY: durable. I threw it in the washer and let it air dry, and the tights remained in good condition with no runs or holes.

Great tights but READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING
Order this one size larger! I want to make that perfectly clear.I was in desperate need of some real tights in my size in white which no local store around me seem to stock, and when Amazon sent me the email about the dance wear sale I jumped for joy. Once I narrowed down what I was looking for I came to these tights. I took a look at the size chart and nearly made a tragic mistake, the sizing info provided on Amazon is awful, if you go by it for this item you WILL be ordering one size too small and this is something that you really do not want to be doing. Honestly when I tried them on for the first time I feared that I was given the child's size. They are amazingly soft and tight, and so far rather durable since I have big feet and thick thighs, it takes a little work to get them up but once they are on they look fabulous, but on your waist...beware if you have love handles. Also do not to be fooled by the images provided by Amazon. Even though I read the description of these being semi-opaque the image made me believe that it would be a little more solid which is why I took the chance and bought them. They are a bit more opaque than you see in the pictures with the black tights image being a bit more true to the product, the white on my thick thigs come out looking a bit more grey (reason for the 4 stars) but it's rather nice that it looks that way all over and not just white towards the lower leg and moving up to grey.

My favorite dance tights
Great dance tights- not too thin, or thick. Durable. Accurate sizing.

Excellent tights (especially for those with scars)
As someone with blemishes on their legs, I looked online for opaque tights that would mostly hide any leg scars. While these tights do not completely (by themselves) hide dark scars, they do much better than any sheer tights you could find at JC Penny or Kohls (which I experimented with). In combination with another pair of opaque capezio tights, they hide dark scars completely I found, much to my delight. That is, I bought another pair of capezio tights and with layering they made my legs look great and blemish-free.As for the fit: I am very glad I read all the reviews before purchasing, as I normally am a medium (potentially a large) in tights/pantyhose. I am 5'5" and ~150 lbs (muscular thighs, but otherwise close to someone 130 lbs in build--I wear a size 10 in jeans) and the large/x-large size fit perfectly (with some stretching). I am no dancer, but these were/are great for business causal events.Oh and as a pale person who lives in a northern climate--northern part of the US midwest, anyway; I have plenty of freckles year-round and especially during the summer--the nude color perfectly complimented my winter skintone (i.e., fairly pale). Someone who is extremely pale (those with red hair tend to be even paler than I) potentially might want something even lighter--potentially the light pink or ballet pink.

Sizing not consistent across colors
TL;DR: Sizing not consistent across colorsThe quality of the tights is great. But I ordered XXL tights in a different color (light pink) and they fit great. Now this second pair (also XXL but black) were for some reason like 2 sizes too small on me. I’m going to try to stretch them or something; I’m not sure what to do…The fabric quality, though, is great.
