Very strong non-stick backing pan. Yes, it is non stick and I have tested it by using without even dusting the pan. Perfect for small loaf.

Good small Non stick bread pan
I wanted a smaller loaf pan for my toaster convection oven and this worked nicely for a 1 lb loaf. The loaves have good color and shape and easy release from the pan and easy cleanup.

Like that this pan is very durable and easy to clean. I used these one frequently and they are still in good condition.

I always buy Wilson pans, because my breads and cakes bake too fast in the darker metal. Wilson products are easy to clean, too.
