I was able to grow and harvest a fantastic product.

My sample produced green forest mold in every petri and jar. Cordyceps will not grow up the glass sides of a grain jar, but green forest mold will. That is the first indication. After six weeks it turns green, sporulating an inch or two above the substrate. I had purchased two syringes, gave one to a friend who also grows mushrooms, and he had exactly the same difficulty. It takes a couple months to find out. By then one has spent considerable time and effort, and money, on the project. We grow lions mane and ramshead and king oysters, and have built a good lab. and have skills. We believe the contamination came in the original syringes.

I will be continuing to buy from this company. Cordyceps has colonized very quickly. Amazing product.

So far so good, this culture seems strong

I bought cordy and pink oyster syringes from them this winter. Both have been extremely vigorous, healthy and most importantly free of contamination. I'm still trying to get air exchange dialed for oysters to fruit best but the cordy culture is fruiting nicely on an egg and rice substrate (and I've never grown this species before).
