I don't use dill that much, but wanted to complete my spices, so I chose this company's dill because it looked to be as original as possible and also a good amount. So far, I have used it in a recipe that calls for dill and I was pleasantly surprised at the soft taste. Just enough to know there is dill in the food but not overwhelming. This is how I like it and it worked perfectly. I'm sure if I had used more dill the taste would have been stronger. It was fresh and absolutely Dill.

Dill is one of my favorite spices. It has that lemony sour taste that is great in raita or lassi. I used this for soups and salads a lot. Because it is a dried herb, it needs to sit for 10-15 mins in whatever dish you have cooked to absorb moisture and release it's flavor. When I just sprinkled it on top of a salad, not much flavor. But once I added it to the dressing and let it sit for a few mins, the flavor really infused into the dressing! Great product!

Excellent quality. Fragrant. Since it's dry, you can't expect it'll be as fragrant as fresh dill but add this to a bit of butter or oil and heat it until it realises its fragrance a lot more.
