First, I should say that this selecting of sanding blocks works fine on wood and MDF and between coats of primer and paint and topcoat. And you can wash them (I scrubbed a little with a toothbrush) to bring them back to life a bit.That said I don't think I would ever buy again because the numbering system of the company is infuriating -- numbers from the company are 60-200, equating to sanding grit 120-1000. But this means that you can be holding a sanding sponge with '180' written on it (180 being a totally common sanding grit), but is a sanding grit of 600-800. (There's a product image that shows this, but I'll be honest, I didn't register it until I used them).I eventually used a sharpie to write the grit numbers on the sponges, but it makes me mad every time I look at them. So if that kind of think makes you mad, look elsewhere!
