Is this tea gluten free

I can't say for sure but there was an unnatural chemical taste so I threw out the tea. I would not recommend it. Perhaps it was the tea bag but the flavor was not good.

Why is there a California Prop 65 Warning on this tea?

I have no idea and did not notice that but I can tell you that I found the tea pretty tasteless
