Somebody said it was small...well, it is bigger than it looks, kind of like a Tardis.
Easily holds 2 compact pew-pews in holsters, small valuables, paperwork. I don't guarantee that they will all fit in there at the same time, but there was a lot of room for the compact I put in there, and there was room for a friend for it. I don't know that it would hold a large frame pew-pew, and don't feel like getting it out to conduct that experiment.Installation required removal of a seat bracket, all covered in the instructions. If you haven't got decent fabrication skills, have somebody help you, they'll do it in five or ten minutes. I will order one of these for the other jeep now. Remember, they only fit on the driver's side because of the shape.

Extra storage
Easy to install, works great, comes with two keys. More storage than I originally thought! Great product!

Good option for secure storage
This was a little more complex install. The 2017 JK Unlimited. There is a bracket under the seat that must be removed for the box to fit. Once removed, the box installs fine. The lock mechanism isn't the best, especially since I ordered 2 boxes (left and right) and they came with identical keys. Would prefer different keys so lost keys don't jeopardize both safes. May switch out lock at some point, but good for now.

Really nice.
For what this thing is it's pretty nice. Super easy to install... My seat bolts have probably never been backed out in 16 years so I needed a breaker bar to cut em loose, it is a little small. It won't fit a full size pistol. And you'll need to find some way to pad your pistol because it is after all just a metal box. But I like it.

Disappointment
Box came damaged, and it absolutely does not fit JK or newer. But does fit friends TJ. Be careful ordering and make sure there’s no cross members under your seat blocking installation.

Needs cloth/felt lining purchased separately
Was exited to install. Have bestop brand on other side which is way better if a product, was upset to find had noting inside the drawer to protect gun rubbing/scraping it up....

Not bad!
I had to disconnect a plate and move the seat sensor in order to get the box to fit under the seat. The instructions were very straight forward. They do mention some configurations are slightly different. In my case, everything fit and only took 10 minutes to get everything in place. The most difficult part was actually getting the bolts holding the front seat loosened. It did take some strength. But I guess that's a good thing. Loose seats are probably not a good thing!
