is this the emc1050 metallic gold?

This is NOT metallic gold, this is Rose Gold tru to its color.

I am looking to use this paint for a desk steel legs. is it durable? will it scratch easily? what kind of clear coat could be applied?

Unless powder coated all paint will scratch at some point. This product is easy to use and durable. Highly encourage to seal the legs once you have done the proper prep work, I usually do about 4coats of clear to keep it protected. I used this product specially for my motorcycle fairings and they take a pounding. With all this I have yet to see a scratch.
