This stuff is the only nose spray that will open my sinuses. Yeah it might burn for a few seconds but then you can breathe. I was scared at first but then it was nothing! Totally worth it! I had afrin nose and it closed up and this stuff opens it right up!

I am a total fan of this stuff. Been using it for years.You might feel like I'm selling this too hard. Like I'm in some kind of spice cult. Don't worry about that, my spicy friend. I tell my friends it makes YOUR SKULL CRY...Which is totally badass. But don't let that scare you away, because it's a worthy little nasal spray. I'll explain why.I am really sensitive to dust, pollen and ragweed. As a person who regularly fights nasal sinus infections, this stuff has completely changed my game. I use it every night before bed (just a single spray in each nostril) or if I feel sinus pressure building up. I haven't had a single sinus infection for a year. That's huge for me.How does it work?The spicy capsaicin in this simply makes your own sinuses water up, allowing your own system to flush out the pesky gunk hiding up in your nasal cavity. I wait for about 30 seconds and gently blow my nose. Sewer monsters just fly out, leaving me totally refreshed and breathing like a regular person. It's awesome.Does it have a kick? Yes, but after a while I equate that feeling to happy sinuses. And that immediate spicy "kick" is maybe 10 seconds before your sinuses get used to it. It doesn't have any traditional drug interactions, so I can use it as often as I need, but I still use it pretty sparingly as it's quite effective for me and don't ever want to be desensitized to this magic.To the spice!

Great product 45 seconds after using. Whether you angle the nasal spray in different ways, it will still be an abrupt feeling when you take it. It clears up your sinuses nicely.

This is a new replacement for the old Sinus Blaster that had more pepper in it. I don't know why they quit making it. This works quite well on a runny nose, but not as well. I hate it when companies change the ingredients in their product!

My poor husband has been so stuffed up that he can't even blow his nose with any results. Has been trying to sleep partially sitting up so he can breathe for so many months now I couldn't even say. After visiting a ear, throat nose doctor and having that whole area scoped and having a clean bill of health in that area, then proceeded to have 2 different allergy tests, a pulmonary breathing test, all with 100% good results. The ear throat and nose specialist suggested seeing a surgeon to have surgery on his nose which made no sense, So we did our research and could see that he might have a condition called non- allergenic rhinitis. ( Dr. Eric Berg, YouTube) we purchased sinus plumber and within 2 days after using it he has been able to sleep all night through. He is quite sensitive and was leery at first about putting this in his nose but stated it is not as bad as you would think. You need to try out for yourself.

I've never used the other nasal spray other reviewers reference, so can't compare to that. However, I've used a similar product from Whole Foods that's an oral spray with similar ingredients (horseradish, peppers, etc). This spray tickles my nose a bit but isn't too bad since I've already gotten used to a strong flavor from the oral spray. I feel like it clears my sinus' a bit, but not as effectively as the oral spray. With the oral spray, if my ear canals are tickly or clogged, I feel them open and clear up within minutes. This spray seems to help a bit and has the benefit of having no drugs, but I won't be switching to it in the future. I just plan to use the remainder of the bottle then go back to the oral spray.

May burn a little bit when you inhale it, but it stops you from sneezing

Did not work. Like sniffing acid up your nose burning to the eyes and down the throat. Used it twice. Did NOT work for headaches. Couldn’t think of putting myself through that a 3rd time.
