I have 4 of these now, and I love them. 2 at work, 2 at home. Microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds each, and they are so toasty they put me right to sleep. They also have a pleasant cinnamon aroma which calms me as well. Love love love love love. I use them for my feet, shoulders, hips, and even head when my bedroom gets cold. They are literally just warm beanbags, but I love them.

I still have yet to use it as cooling pad, I prefer heat so I use the heating pad almost 3-4 a week. The scent it not overwhelming, just a subtle scent of herbs. If you want the scent to last, make sure to place pad back in its sleeve whenever it is not in use (as recommended in the instructions). I will be purchasing another one so I can use two pads at the same time.

I wanted to give this a five star, but I do have a few minor con's:-you can't pick the color. I got a black one-if I put it on my face, it drys out my skin a little and itches, but I have sensitive skin-I bought it a couple weeks ago and it was $13.99, but now that I have it I would pay $29.99It stays cold for about an hour, and that's with moving it around my body, and rotating it from side to side. The smell is present and not overpowering. Its best to use laying down, since it is a bag of seeds and forms to whatever its on. I'm not sure why it has an expiration date, can't see why it wouldn't work in a couple years. I haven't tried the heat, but I'd assume it would last as long. I'm defiantly recommending this ice pack and will probably get the 12" x9" since its bigger and has the itichings to help evenly distribute the seeds.

I bought this for my son who frequently wakes up during the night with growing pains. He can never decide if he wants something cold or hot. This is perfect. We keep it in the freezer and try cold first. If that doesn't make him feel better, we stick it in the microwave and then we try it warm. He is also very picky about scents, but he likes the smell and it helps relax us both when we're up in the middle of the night.It could be a little bigger, but other than that, it's great!

Yeah so my girlfriend has this eye condition where her eyelids let too many eye boogers in during the night. And those eye boogers end up scratching the hell out of her eye and she wakes up in a real foul mood. She can't see out of one eye, the sun light burns, etc. It's a bad scene, man. So I bought her this thing and when she wakes up in the middle of the night with scratchy eye boogers, all's she gotta do is pop this thing out of the freezer and onto her eye ball. And in the morning, right as rain. I can't explain it. I suppose this thing would also work well for muscle pain or back aches or something, but it's done wonders for my girl and so comes highly recommended.

I bought this product and loved it at first. The weight of it and the smell of herbs were perfect. THEN, in about three months, I noticed little black bugs coming out of this bags.....DISGUSTING. I cut it open and it was filled with little bugs. I have never written a negative review but I needed to write this one. Buyer beware.
