Saniflo Descaler Cleanser 5L - 1085

Delivered within timescales, well packaged.This product offers a solution to our problem hopefully.There is no smell in our opinion, easy instructions for use.On 1 use we believe it has made a difference, we have never cleaned the maserator and didn't knew we had too! until we could see the toilet wasn't flushing away as quick as it did. We are using the solution as advised on the bottle, and if this product does what it says we will endeavour to use it.

I’ve used once litre of this so far as we have hard water. However, I’ve not noticed much of a difference other than a clean bowl which is obviously good and of course it would have cleaned the saniflo. I’ll keep using it and hopefully no hard water will be sitting in the bowl.

Very effective but too expensive

Since we had the saniflo installed I'd used the cheaper option of white vinegar as an alternative to this seemingly expensive product. But vinegar never quite did enough to tackle a background odor besides mask it for a time.Having used this for the first time I can categorically say that the results are far superior to that of the cheaper alternative. I've only used 1 litre so far so it's going to last a long time.The whole room feels cleaner and fresher as a result and no vinegar odor.

I used to buy something like this that just needed a cap full (superconcentrated),this stuff is very watery compared. Doesn't last long at all.

I’d been having trouble with my 28 year old Saniflow making a lot of noise after flushing. Reviews for this product convinced me to try it. It definitely worked, after one dose, better after two doses. It’s expensive but cheaper than having a new Saniflow fitted. Still get a bit of noise sometimes but the loo works ok at the moment. Should have used this always rather than bleach which has probably damaged the works.

This fluid is not as effective as the fluid (hydrochloric acid) it replaces.I can understand why this was discontinued, it is a corrosive acid which can harm people.It requires use more often than the old fluid, so it is more expensive to maintain the Saniflo well.I will be using it in future, to maintain the Saniflo in a good condition.

Economical and effective. Removes all stains in the toilet bowl and stops any smells.
