Nice for thickening a sauce
This was a fine starch to use to thicken a sauce, but for me this package is too small an amount. Nearly every Asian recipe I make calls for a starch to make a slurry for the sauce. If you need very little starch, or wouldn't use it very often this would be a perfect size to have on hand.

Priced better than in the suprmarket
I used this in the bread mix for fried shrimp and it turned out great!

Good buy
This is good product. I use it as a binder for making potato pancakes or cabbage pancakes. It is light and doesn’t have a grainy texture. It’s also very versatile to use in different dishes.

Great flour substitute
My wife is gluten-sensitive. This make a great substitute for flour in pretty much everything I cook. (Important caveat: I don't bake. I'm talking meat coatings, sauces, etc.) Though my local Latino grocer carries every kind of flour under the sun, they stopped carrying potato starch. So I got it here on Amazon.

Love It
Wow did it make crispy (almost too crispy for my old teeth) chicken wings. Also use it for sweet and sour tofu or chicken gives it a nice crunch.
