Q: I need to measure out 1/3 teaspoon of a powder. Can I do this with your product ?

Hey there, Thanks for your question. It is difficult to give you an exact answer because I don't know the density of the powder you are using. Here is a range that might help you: Black 6-10mg converts to about .005-.0167ml Red 20-25mg converts to about .0167-.042ml Orange 25-30mg converts to about .021-.058ml Online searches list a teaspoon at 4.99ml. There are conversion charts available online. Most powder densities fall between .6g/ml and 1.2g/ml. This math is also based on level spoon fulls. . I hope this helps - Tri with Bargain-Master
