Great paring knife
I love these coated knives with sheeths. I got a couple years ago and they're great to take with you for picnics, etc. I wanted a new one to keep at work and I can keep it safely in my drawer

Good paring knife
Very sharp as delivered. The thin blade flexes enough to debone meat, and has almost no drag so slicing is easy. I haven't tried resharpening yet.

These knives are the perfect size for everyday kitchen use. The blades are super sharp. I love them because they have covers and I can take them in my lunch bag.

Not Sharp
I have purchased Kuhn Rikon knifes before and have been happy with them. That is not true for this knife. It was not sharp when I received it. I sharpened it successfully, but it will not stay sharp. The steel is just too soft.
