Q: My hand measures 4.5 roughly. I was thinking of the mediums.Any recommendations

My hand also measures 4.5 so I got a large and they were waaay too big. I use the dowel effect and they were still very big.

Q: My palm size is 4.25. i am between small and medium. which one do i get. also, what is better for a beginner: leather or carbon

I originally ordered a small but the finger holes were to tight. I sent them back and got the medium and they work great. I don’t use the finger holes though. I pay on bar then wrap my fingers around. I ordered the carbon. They are great

Q: Are there different hole sizes for the fingers? i have an xl pair, fit me fine but my german dad can’t even get a pinkie through the finger holes

The finger holes are small. I have a small hand yet I still cut each hole for easier fit. Also it takes some time and a lot of chalk to break these in.

Q: Which size would be best for me if I want more of my fingers covered? I measured about 5.5" to the big knuckle on my middle finger.

An XL should work great for what you are looking for!

Exact size as described

Very good for crossfit.But if you don't manage calluses in your palms, you might hurt even with this grip.
