How thick is the handle?

all inclusive with the blade and the handle on both sides of it from end to end you are about 1/2 inch. Each side of the handle itself is about 1/8 inch. the circumference of the handle is 2.5 inches. the handle is 4.5 inches long with a 3.5 inch blade. This is slim and good for every day carry.

When folded, can I feel the back side of the blade if I have it in my hand?

If you hold it before flipping open then yes you can feel the backside of the blade with your finger tips.

What color is the handle? In some pics it looks like a silverish shiny metalic color and in others it looks charcoal gray...
