Q: I am so confused by some reviews that say uncomfortable to wear! these are for whilst not wearing only, right?!?

You wear them inside your shoe with your foot inside to stop your shoes creasing.

Q: do these work on Jordan 1s?

Used these for my airforces and they fit fine so they should be good

Worth a try, they are firm and wedge into your shoe so should smooth out dents and creases. The only thing to be aware is they make the inside of your shoe a little smaller depending on the fit it could make them uncomfortable. A lot of people say these are comfortable so guess it depends how much space there is to begin with

Your trainers need to be quite roomy to add these as they take some of the toe space up. I’d say 1/2 a size up but may have been the trainers I tried them with. They worked well although we’re quite snug
