Harder than you think
I was surprised after firing them that they had not deformed, so I fired them again and again and again.... You get the point.I reuse them in practice but use new ones in for the intended purpose.

Hard hitting and will be mostly reusable, depending on what your shooting at. That's using 7.5 Joule T4E TR50.
