Does it come with a brush to apply it as directed?

Hello there, thank you for your inquiry. We love assisting our wonderful consumers. Our Bright Maker Primer does not come with a brush to apply the product to your skin. However, we do recommend applying a dime-sized amount to freshly cleansed skin before applying foundation for radiant skin and long-lasting makeup for up to 17 hrs! Will this cover up the dark circles under my eyes?
