First, make sure you spray enough to make the area moist. This is not a product to use sparingly. That having been said, I combined this into my skin care regime which includes a filtered AquaHome shower head, Sud Scrub anti-microbial scrubber, and Botanic Hearth tea tree body wash. I saw improvement from those items before adding this spray, but after 10 days of using the spray almost all of the bumps from ingrown hairs and the little red bumps disappeared. I will admit I also added Kefir into my diet around the same time, but the rapid diminishment is unlikely to be from that alone. Since then I have also started using on my scalp and I’ve seen a marked improvement in my hair’s thickness. The product may not be a silver bullet, but it’s highly effective as part of your overall skin care regime.

I originally bought this to help with acne and underarm odor. After a month of spraying my face and underarms, I still didn't notice a difference. I was disappointed.THEN, after having to go through several rounds of antibiotics for bronchitis, I ended up developing a bacterial infection in one eye. I began applying this probiotic spray in and around my eye several times a day and it immediately helped. The smell is the most vile thing I’ve ever smelled. It smells like a bottle of liquified feces. This cannot be what this is supposed to smell like. It smells like you’re rolling around in poop in the gorilla exhibit at a zoo. It’s horrible.
