Seit vielen Jahren nutze ich die Produkte von Emile Henry und bin von der Qualität der Produkte überzeugt.Die Zubereitung von Fisch in dieser Papilotte ist denkbar einfach. Perfekt gegarter Fisch in kurzer Zeit, auch tiefgefrorener Fisch ist superschnell perfekt zubereitet.Absolut empfehlenswert!

La teglia di per sé è davvero ottima, finché dura... dopo diversi utilizzi senza fare alcunché al momento di estrarla dal forno ho visto che si era rotta. Considerata da durata piuttosto limitata e il fatto che molti altri utenti hanno segnalato problemi analoghi non l'ho ricomprata. Spero che il produttore sia in grado di proporre un nuovo modello che non abbia più questo genere di problema.

We've used this steamer about 6 times, and while the fish does cook perfectly, today, as I opened the oven to remove the dish I heard a loud popping sound. A few minutes later I noticed that the dish had cracked from the heat (the oven was set to 450 and the Emile Henry site says it can withstand temps of up to 520)

In my search (over three years) for a perfect fish steamer, I had determined that I wanted a vessel that was made of pottery crafted to distribute heat just in the right manner throughout the food inside. I wanted the pottery to have a nice smooth and even glaze that would resist chipping because of it's adherence to the pottery. I wanted it to be stylish and able to be used to serve the fish right out of the oven. This selection was the perfect choice. I am so happy with it and have used in to my guests' delight several times to date. Thank you for the craftsmanship and for the deliberate and careful packaging and delivery of this item so it arrived intact and unmarred at my door.

Love this product. Have cooked in it just every day since I purchased it. I cut vegetables; put fish in, drizzle olive oil and lemon juice and bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Food comes out so delicious and healthy. Have recommend it to everyone in my family.
