My heel started hurting a few weeks ago, and I knew I had to do something. The symptoms are almost idenitical to Plantar fasciitis, and I chose to treat it with shoes with arch support and these cushions.I wanted to get gel (not memory foam) for the comfort and durability, as well as something I could use from shoe to shoe. This fit the bill exactly! They are easy clean, can be removed and put into other shoes, and very comfortable!I added them on top of gel shoe inserts (also purchsed at Amazon) with a little arch support. This works great for most of my shoes, but some shoes it made it too tight....so I stuck with just the heel cusion because I like them so much!In fact, I bought another set (a two pair set) so that I have plenty to put in my shoes from here on out (whether my heel are hurting or not). They are that comfortable!!!I recommend these over memory foam or those thin gel ones you can buy at the stores...these are much more durable, comfortable, and last a long time!

They work really well with people with bone spurs

I tested these babies for 3 hours. I wore booties but I wanted to see if these would be comfortable. I did not experience any heel pain but I may need to get another source for the sides of my feet. They stick in the shoe and do not move once you place them. Appears to be functional. Good price!

Not comfortable if you have swelling on the heel

Good product and durable. Easy to put in shoe and comfortable. I notice the discomfort in my Achilles tendon is relieved when using these inserts

These heel cups seem to be working for me. I have planar fasciitis and need a lot of padding under my feet. I've tried many different combinations of insoles and heel cups. I like this pair because the material won't flatten out over time like many of them do. The only drawback I see with this pair is that they are clingy on both the top and bottom. It's good for them to cling on the bottom, as it helps to hold them in place. Since they are also clingy on top, this means that they cling to your sock as you slide your foot into or out of the shoe, which can change their position in your shoe.

Bought 3 different kinds of heel pads/cups and found these help the most when walking in my shoes. They definitely help with the heel pain. We will see how long they last but for now I'm very happy and planning to buy another pair.

Happy with product just didn’t realize were different sizes - one male one female
