is this better than cerave cream to foam? Thanks

I purchased this after seeing it advertised as a makeup remover, and it is fantastic at removing my 24hr budge proof eyeliner and mascara, so I highly recommend it as a makeup remover. I use Cerave as a daily face wash, i have not tried it as a makeup remover. The Elf bottle is very small though. Cerave is by far better volume for your money.
