I measured the dimensions of the plastic housing surrounding the plug with calipers:Type A side: 15.6 mm wide x 7.9 mm tall x 32.0 mm long (excluding portion that inserts into USB port)Type B side: 11.3 mm wide x 10.6 mm tall x 30.1 mm long

Q: Does this work with the AT2020 microphone?

It should as long as the microphone has a USB B connection.

Q: Is this cable compatible with hp deskjet 3772?

I have no idea. Look at the specs for that printer. Also looks at the pictures of the ends of the cable and see if that printer takes that shape.

Q: Will this connect to my type c to usb otg samsung adapter ?

Unfortunately it will not connect to a USB type c port
