Great cereal
Great cereal if you like super crunchy flakes. Guess it's hard to make them slightly softer.

Comparison of Several Organic Cereals
I tried a few organic cereals and here are my reviews of all of them. The cereals I chose are sweetened with fruit juice rather than refined sugar. Price wasn’t considered in the review, just taste and texture.– Food for Life, Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Grain Cereal, Cinnamon Raisin –[2 stars dry / 3 stars with milk]Dry - smelled rancid (maybe a bad batch?), and the rancidity hits you at first, until you get the cinnamon and raisin. It’s not sweet, just cinnamon-y.With milk - it tastes like raisin bran crumbs with a cinnamon aftertaste.– Food for Life, Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Grain Cereal, Golden Flax –[3 stars dry / 4 stars with milk]Dry - tastes like croutons bits with a mild wheat flavor. Good for someone who likes plain cereal and just wants fiber. Can see it used as a salad topping. With milk - sort of tastes like raisin bran crumbs without the raisins.– Arrowhead Mills Spelt Flakes Organic Cereal –[5 stars dry / 4 stars with milk]Dry - best overall flavor and texture. Crispy, not hard, and mildly sweet. With milk - slightly chalky with milk, but still good.– Arrowhead Mills Amaranth Flakes Organic Cereal –[3 stars dry / 3 stars with milk]Dry - texture isn't great, very chalky with mild sweetness. With milk - very grainy and fibrous. I imagine cardboard tasting like this.– Nature's Path Organic Corn Flakes Cereal –[4 stars dry / 5 stars with milk]Dry - very hard when eaten dry, but good corn flake flavor. With milk - crispy texture that doesn't get soggy easily.

Nature's Path Corn Flakes
This is a hearty gluten-free cereal that doesn't leave me with an upset stomach from overly added vitamins and minerals. I like to choose whether or not i take supplements. I love the flavor, too. There is not lingering zinc or iron taste, THANK YOU! It is quick when we are in a hurry. My missing star is because of shipping. Does it make sense to have heavy cans smooshing them in the same box... whose idea was that, guys?😄 twice they were smooshed. Not every flake, but seriously? Glad i didn't have fruit coming, too.

Just sweet enough! Perfect even for a snack.
Dang! This stuff is great! Just enough sweetness that they need no sugar and they're crisper than regular cornflakes which I love. I'll definitely be ordering these again.

Simple and wholesome
Please know that corn can be a superfood when done right. And this is! Few ingredients, no bad preservatives like manufactured citric acid, no refined sugars. If you're waiting for your taste buds to adjust to less sugar then I recommend just sprinkling on a bit of coconut sugar, or drizzling maple syrup or honey. I know they offer a version already with honey but I once read cooking honey at high temperatures makes it toxic but definitely I'd rather have the benefits of all nutrients in the raw. I also buy Roland corn polenta,(grits ) from Italy, wholesome as well! :)

Crunchy
I've had a hard time trying to find gluten-free corn flakes. I was excited that it also said fruity corn flakes, the bag was large and they're very crunchy and didn't get soggy at all in milk, but not fruity at all actually tastelss,so you'll need to add some sugar or fresh fruit.

Delicious!
Switching to this brand because it’s organic, flavorful and it stays crunchy for a long time. Definitely worth trying!
